This is a hands-on session. Attendees must bring their own device to participate, preferably a laptop.

We’re back for Round 2 of Proactive Quality Assurance! Last year we developed an example QA/Audit Plan for after go-live. This year we will take that example and work in groups to create your own QA/Audit plan specific to your provider needs. What data should be reviewed? How often? By whom? You do not need to have participated last year to join this year.
