Telehealth in ICF Settings Using Therap

We contract with StationMD to provide telehealth in our ICF Settings in Florida, using Therap as the central electronic health record to monitor progress and best possible health for the people we serve. We have seen great success to minimizing unnecessary ER / Urgent Care / Hospital visits, and Therap as a nexus of information has been invaluable.
