About me
I am the COO and Therap Administrator for my agency, The Arc Caddo-Bossier. We went live with Phase 1 on July 1,2024. I did the training for 400+ employees over the course of 2 months for 4 modules. It was very successful. I then did the training again for Phase 2 and introduced 3 new modules and we went live with Phase 2 on November 1. I have been a trainer for many years, and I implemented steps in training and staff recognition in my Therap implementation plan and training that have proven to be very effective over the years.
