When we implemented Therap a few years ago I was our organizational champion. I held the role of Regional Administrator overseeing a portion of operations.
The most important part of our system setup was spending the time on change management. As an implementation team we worked with Gretchen to figure out the best way to accomplish our tasks, not just how to replicate what we was happening.
