Review key functions provider admins complete in Therap and tools for process documentation. You will leave this session with draft checklists for key agency processes including new individual intake, moving an individual to a different program, discharging an individual, adding a new user, handling job changes for existing users, deactivating a user, and closing down a program.

This is a hands-on session. Attendees must bring their own device to participate, preferably a laptop.
