GERS: Quality Data Can Lead to Quality Improvement

When an agency identifies the data required of them as well as data important to them, they can utilize the GER module of Therap to inform them of trending... IF the data is good. Quality data input from the direct staff, leads to quality information and the possibility for quality improvements. Initial and ongoing training and guidance to staff are key to maximizing use of the Therap GER module.
