You will leave this session with draft checklists for key agency processes including new individual intake, moving an individual to a different program, discharging an individual, adding a new user, handling job changes for existing users, deactivating a user, and closing down a program.

This is a hands-on session. Attendees must bring their own device to participate, preferably a laptop.
